This is the fastest way. There is an international airport in Palanga (about 25 km away from Klaipeda). You can arrive to Palanga (www.palanga-airport.lt) directly from Oslo, Copenhagen, Riga and Moscow or by connecting flights to Palanga from many of European airports. Presumably you’d arrive from international Kaunas airport (about 200 km away from Klaipeda) or international Vilnius airport (about 300 km away from Klaipeda).
