C@RE general objective is to digitally requalify workers in the field of personal and social care by creating a model that provides for the acquisition of skills (new digital and relational & emotional management skills) through augmented learning and facilitates workplace learning through digital tools.
Specific objectives:
– To support the upskilling of social and care workers’ competence toward digitalization of the care sector.
– To promote the use of augmented learning as a new and innovative learning technique in training pathways for care and social workers, where the environment adapts to the learner to gain a greater understanding of a topic by stimulating discovery and learning.
– Providing digital tools to implement new learning paths in the vocational training sector.
Goal
C@RE aims to support the care system by creating a model that involves the acquisition of the new skills requested by the labor market (basic digital and relational & emotional management skills), using Augmented Reality (AR) as a key tool for digitizing learning pathways.
Results and outcomes
Project results:
- Methodological basis – a methodological system for analyzing the competencies of social and nursing staff has been developed.
- Competence model – a system of knowledge, skills, and abilities required for social and nursing staff has been created, with a particular emphasis on emotional management and relationships with service recipients.
- Electronic self-assessment questionnaire – a tool for social and nursing workers to assess their own competencies.
- Digital learning platform – a training program covering emotional management, communication, and new technology skills, uploaded to a digital platform that allows social workers to learn, collaborate, and exchange experiences.
Added value:
The project will create a new, evidence-based competency framework to better prepare social and care workers for complex emotional challenges. This will strengthen their professional preparedness, improve the quality of services, and ensure the integration of innovative training methods into the education system.
