Klaipėdos valstybinė kolegija / Higher Education Institution (LT KLAIPED09) actively organizes various Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs) and invites partners and students to participate. This website provides information on current calls for participation. By selecting a specific BIP, you can access a detailed description and programme outline. Should you have any questions or wish to take part in the programme, please contact the BIP organizers via the provided email address.

All BIPs are organized in English language.

Title: “WHAT DAY DO WE NEED TO PREPARE FOR?”Readiness and Resilience of Health and Social Care Teams in a Crisis

Short description: Nobody knows which day it will be. But we do know who will be needed on it: the people who care for others every day. This programme brings together nursing and social work students from several countries to prepare for a crisis from a long power cut to an armed conflict, while there is still time to practise. During the week the participants work through one shared question in tabletop exercises, in simulation and in creative workshops: what exactly are we preparing for, and what can each of us do already today?

Participants: Bachelor degree students studying “General Practice Nursing” and “Social Work”

ECTS: 3 ECTS

Working language: English, minimum B1 level
