I did my Erasmus traineeship at Hotel Es Blau Des Nord in Mallorca.
My time at the hotel has been an incredibly enriching and rewarding experience. The team at Hotel Es Blau Des Nord was welcoming and supportive from day one, and I felt like a valued member of the staff. I was given the opportunity to apply the knowledge I’ve gained during my studies in a real-world setting, and I learned so much more about the day-to-day operations of a hotel.
I particularly enjoyed the chance to interact with guests from all over the world. My communication skills, both in English and Spanish, have improved significantly, and I feel much more confident in a professional environment. The beautiful location in Mallorca was also a huge bonus and made my experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, I am very grateful for this traineeship. It has provided me with valuable practical skills, a deeper understanding of the hospitality industry, and unforgettable memories. I would highly recommend Hotel Es Blau Des Nord as a traineeship location for future students.
