Management of Organizations

Management of Organizations studies are the right choice if you enjoy working with people, documents and data. Graduates of this programme – modern managers – are valued by employers for their excellent knowledge of management, finance and accounting, and digital document management; their ability to carry out applied research; to use digital tools and information and communication systems; to prepare and implement management projects; to manage quality, human resources and customer relations; and for many other essential skills.

Professional lecturers and practitioners give Management of Organizations students knowledge of the management and development of organisations, institutions and other social systems, and develop skills in creatively and critically applying research methods and tools to solve various management problems in professional practice; they instil the habit of constantly collecting, structuring, analysing and interpreting data, using information relevant to professional activity, formulating well-reasoned insights and making sound decisions consistent with the principles of sustainable governance and social responsibility; students are also given knowledge and skills in ethical and professional oral and written communication with various stakeholder groups. Join us and become a modern management professional in high demand on today’s job market!

What makes the programme distinctive

A large part of the Management of Organizations programme consists of developing practical skills: during seminars, real activities and placements, students solve real business problems/situations and build up experience. During placements run at the Institution, students simulate the operations of real companies, organise, plan and control work, prepare personnel documents, manage client relations, handle information flows, develop teamwork skills and general competences, and work with real business management software (BSS IT, Stekas, Rivilė, Asistentė, Bond HR) and tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, Canva, etc.). During placements at companies, students get to “try on” jobs in various departments, and more than 80% of them go on to find employment.
